Seems like a nice area. We didn't end up stopping. Only tent in sites and no dogs allowed near lake.

Also known as Maclure Lake also is the home of Tyhee Lake Provincial Park. There is the odd nice fish caught here in cooler weather but its mostly known as a recreational lake not a fishing lake. It is a great lake for family camping and also has a boat launch that will handle larger and more powerful speed boats.

Wonderful campsite that is close to home. Campsites are nicely secluded and well maintained. Though there are outhouses, this provincial campsite also offers an area with flush toilets and showers.

A nice spot for everything: camping, hanging out for the day, boating, picnic-ing, strolling through trails, swimming, etc. A nice bike ride from Smithers :)

Two biking areas available - one more advanced than the other.

Lake is lovely, though there was quite a lot of seaweed when we were there in early August.
